Using the ICVP for Yellow Fever Vaccination
ICVP Vaccination leaflets provide all the essential information you need about the ICVP. Guarantee your compliance with international health requirements, prevent travel disruptions, and protect your health and the health of others.
Yellow Fever Vaccination Centres (YFVCs) in England, Wales and Northern Ireland will receive a corresponding number of ICVPs with each order of YF vaccine placed with our leading global pharmaceutical partner. The current ICVP version (2019) has a template for a Medical Letter of Exemption.

ICVP can also be ordered via our dedicated customer telephone line on 0191 455 6901 or 0191 455 4286. Lines are open from Monday to Friday 08:30 to 16:30 hours (excluding Public Holidays). Please note, only card payments are accepted. Price per pack of 10 (minimum 1 pack – maximum 30 packs): £10.00 (inc. VAT at 20% and postage and packaging).
