Body mass index (BMI) charts 2-20 years WHO 2-4/UK90 4-20

Childhood puberty and close monitoring charts (CPCM) 2-20 years WHO 2-4/UK90 4-20 This chart is mainly intended for use in children and young people whose growth requires close monitoring, or whose measurements are outside the usual centile range.

These charts include head circumference, height and weight from term. They also include the standard A4 growth centiles for comparison.

Areas covered include general information, development progress, possible health problems, health checks, immunisation, feeding, growth, Down’s specific growth charts and sources of additional info. Packs of boys and girls (eg. 1 insert = 1 girl and 1 boy, 100 pack = 100 girls and 100 boys).

The Head Circumference Charts cover all the childhood years and have a facility to record parental head sizes.

This chart has been developed to enable continued plotting for pre-term and low birth weight children when they are discharged from hospital. The charts allow plotting and gestational age correction from 23 weeks to 2 years after which the UK-WHO 0-4 years charts can be used.

SCHOOL YEARS CHARTS UK90 – Because some school nurses may not have access to health visitors’ pre-school records, these charts cover the time span of the school years.
